We went to The Works with a big balloon order for my son's 3 year old birthday. The two members of staff Emma and Craig were great with wonderfully attentive customer service and nothing was too much trouble. We loved their authenticity and fun loving personalities. Very rare in a retail environment these days so wanted to leave a review.

Went into the works with a young lady I take out, who has autism and learning difficulties. She wanted to buy some stationary with her own money. The women who served us, Charlotte, was really kind and patient with the young lady I look after. Just wanted to say thank you to Charlotte and give her some recognition as not everyone behaves with such kindness. So thank you
