I rang on 20th April with a broken wing mirror - drivers side broken by me coming out of our small garage too quickly. Was put on to Arun, who was marvellous, told me that it could be done the next day,and agreed it would be collected for free. I paid on line and by lunch time on22nd all was done. many many thanks from an 89 year old who needs her car. Thank you

We had our Jazz MOT. And new break pads. They was very good. Why waiting I was looking at the used cars. Bobby who sold us our Jazz remember us & cone over to say hi. I mentioned I would like to change our Jazz & after explaining to Bobby why. He was marvellous & showed us a HR-V on his laptop which was at Northampton. He got it to Solihull on mon for us to see it. He gave us a ride around the the block & we ended up doing the purchase. We are doing the exchange tomorrow thur. All done with in a week to the day of our MOT visit. They are all so pleasant & helpful at Solihull. A big thank you to them all especially Bobby & Sharon from the office thank you both, one very happy customer.
