Been chasing payment for the sale of my car for two months. Finally got a response after phoning and emailing every day. Agreed to accept payment in instalments. Now they have failed to honour that agreement on time as well. Still received nothing. Never get a call back despite reception (home based employees) marking my case as urgent and passing a message on. Very frustrating and incredibly disappointing. Now affecting my own business as the money is needed to fund it!

Initially, I had no intention of writing a review following my car service. However, a recent incident has left me feeling completely outraged. On a positive note, the business park location was clean and I appreciated the video highlighting the issues beneath my car during the major service. Additionally, the staff member who scheduled my appointment was pleasant on the phone. However, I received a quote for replacing my front brake discs and pads and rear brake pads that was 10% cheaper than the main dealer but 60% more expensive than other independent companies. After some negotiation, they matched the prices, but I was left wondering why they didn't offer competitive pricing from the outset. If their prices were only slightly cheaper than the main dealer, I would have opted to go there instead. Unfortunately, after the major service, I had to return to the garage three times due to things they had missed. The first two times were regarding the idrive, which had not been updated correctly. But what truly pushed me over the edge was when I went to change my tyres at another garage and realised that the locking wheel nut key was missing. MotorServe was 100% responsible for this, but when I called for assistance, the staff member, Hamze (the stocky guy with beard), was unhelpful and kept suggesting that I come back and check my car. I explained that I couldn't do so as I was already at the tyre place and could lose my appointment. I asked him where the key could be possibly put so I could look for it, but he wasn't interested in giving me any advice and ended up shouting at me. When I went to the office to sort it out, Hamze looked miserable and showed no interest. Fortunately, Tom from the service team came to help and discovered that the nut was still in the garage and had never been returned to my car. This made me question what else they may have missed during the major service. Tom was very apologetic and helpful, so he earns one star. It is evident that the business owner has invested a lot of money and effort into the establishment, and the hardware is of good quality. However, staff members like Hamze are toxic to the company's reputation.
