I've had a very bad experience with Aman care as the manager is very Rude and has no manners ov speaking to women they had agreed to help care for my special needs child but several times have not attended with no explanation and now have suspended the care Package as Rob was told hes not doing a good job proply and is very unprofessional this management has taken advantage ov people who need help with care I would not advise anyone to rely on this company.

The worst care ever digusting ...we reported many times our concerns along with our neighbours concerns of his treatment...he almost died twice in thier care this is my opinion and the doctors at the heartlands hospital they wouldent let him back into thier care he went into hospital 5st in weight they called it waisting away through neglect ...they have now found a nursing home for him I watch from out side on three occasions the girls spent 15 minuets of what should have been 1 hour visits ...I wouldn't put my dog into thier care I wish I moved him long ago reports of the girls shouting at him stamping around in the house or sitting out spending time smoking or the male carer repairing his car when they should have been inside caring for my uncle There was neglect of ever kind to much to put on here ...I hope no other person has to experience what my uncle went through with company is my personal opinion but can be backed up by his pharmacy and his district nurse plus paramedics who all when they saw my uncle expressed concern there is one lady there Christina who is very unhelpfull and mumbles on the phone she don't care about how the girls are treating the patients. They stand by thier staff no matter what even when they get reports from neighbours and family not good as this shows to me nothing will ever be done ...avoid this company at all cost

i got to know mohsin when he came to look after my neighbour fredrick beddows i have been in a relationship with him for 11 months we have spent days and nights together and i have just find out that he as being telling me so many lies and he is married you need to do more checks on your employees this man cant be trusted on many things at the start he got my mobile number saying it was for the office but that was a lie i am now in touch with the police i have so much evidence and my neighbours seen him visiting me

I thought I had seen the worst of care agency but this one is the worst even 1 star is too much. Think twice before you agree to this company to look after care needs. They don't stick to call times or clean up after themselves. Complaints get ignored by care coordinator who seems likeshe is running a circus. The carers have no passion for the job I had nothing but stress from them. It's a shame as there was only one carer from here who went over and beyond to help the others look like they were dragged off the street and forced to work. Avoid them
