        Shopped here yesterday and, staff messing around rather than serving, finally got served and another member of staff was rude even though I wasn't directing my issue to her. Customer service on this occasion was appalling!

        This is a well stocked store. As it is situated in Mell Square, it is at some distance from the nearest car park. My one criticism would be that some of the gangways are rather narrow . If the store is busy, it is not always easy to walk around freely

        Returned an item today - shop assistant not helpful and only two members of staff on the tills resulting in long waiting times to be served. Avoid at all costs.
