Not really a bank no service and machines never work

Waited half hour to be told to do it online when online told us to come into the bank! Pathetic! No one come over to us the whole time we was in there! Not bothering with HSBC again after that! Simple easy service and Shirley branch wastes our time massively! Booked a day off work to be told they wont bother helping us anyway!

Mislaid my debit card on 25th of May and still waiting for it to be sorted. Something that should literally of taken a matter of a few days has taken well over 3 weeks. Definitely thinking of looking for a new bank.

Suddenly this branch no longer offers counter services. A disappointing degradation of the banks service considering its rivals in Shirley continue to operate service counters for their customers.
