Item never arrived, could not contact this company and my bank has had to refund the money. Its a scam don't fall for it like I did.

Purchased a car seat on 27th December, their website didn't update to let customers know they would be closed until the 2nd Jan. I've contacted them by email and phone multiple times and still haven't received my item and emails have gone unresponsive. I managed to speak to a lady on the phone once and she said my item was being despatched that day however its still to be seen. Really poor service. Edit: I've finally had a response 2 weeks after the due date to be told they have no box for the car seat, however they are still selling the item on their website at a cheaper price than I paid for... but they have no boxes to ship? Clearly a scam company.

This is the worst company ever I have ordered a pushchair new one and they sent me used one I asked them to refund me But they dont want to refund me And I have 4 days calling them They didnt pick up my call To everyone who want to order dont order at this company they arent correct, they dont know how to behave with customers and so on , I asked to talk with manager and manager is busy and working from home In the end they dont care about customer they are lying all the time .!!! People dont believe this company!!!!!!

Been trying to get hold of them for a week no one answers the telephone and no one is responding to emails awful customer services

This company did not issue a refund within the 14days. Be aware when purchasing from them as they will cancel the order but also take your money.
