I wouldn't even give the sheldon branch one star. It is unbelievable how awful it is. Since February 2023 until now (April 2023), I have asked the manager to call me several times, but she has yet to do so. This is so I can officially complain about how I have been treated. The staff at the front desk keep promising me that I will get my fuel refund, but I haven't. The manner in which they have handled the situation as a whole and the employees involved is absolutely disgusting. Don't ever use this branch unless you want to experience; bad customer service, management that will never call you back and a financial loss.

Got courtesy Car through Hastings Insurance from Enterprise Sheldon Branch, the car they given me had wind screen cracked, I told them and they said they noted the complaint, once I returned back the car I told them again about wind screen cracked, but after few days they putted claim against me for wind screen damaged even though I paid extra for coverd, when I contacted Branch they they did mistakenly and will withdraw the claim, its more than 2 months now and claim still opened on Hastings Insurance, i will not recommend this company to anyone.
