Valu Fire & Fireplaces

When my coal effect gas fire was condemned Valu came to my rescue. Fitters Doug and Rich came and took measurements and help me to choose the right one for the inset, for my needs and for value. The fitting went smoothly and everything was left immaculately. Great gentlemen, great service and great price. I couldn't recommend them and Valu enough.

Mo was so helpful and professional, even though we had a less than ideal situation and changed our minds completely 3 times and weren't the easiest customers! Helped us choose the perfect fire for our family, and the guys who came for install were fab also, so lovely and knowledgable, made sure we did/had exactly what was needed and everything was SAFE and up to code after discovering previous owner had a really unsafe setup, they sorted removals, fitting, electrics, and re-plastering after to make everything good for redecorating the spot again. They also had the most competetive price from all over Birmingham ,as we had been to many places, nearly ALL of whom just tried to pressure us into picking quick to be able to book an install date soon and didnt take half as much time to talk and look through options as Mo did, they also were selling the same products with huge mark up, Mo's prices were the best we found! Would 100% recommend these guys, they are fantastic and have been a pleasure, making our first ever fireplace experience a great one!

Richard and Doug did a fantastic job of installing my New fireplace. I cant fault there workman ship and thanks to Mo for all his help and advice. Would highly recommend them .
