**********Appalling service************** *********Not even worth 1 star.********** Poor service booked in for 4 tyres to be changed and came out with 4 damaged alloys and according to management the business is NOT taking ACCOUNTABILITY even though the before photographs taken before work was carried out clearly shows no damage prior to any work being completed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you want damaged alloys and extremely poor service!!! Took them less than 20 minutes to change 4 tyres. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Amazing service! Helped me out with little notice or warning and managed to quickly get me back on the road to get me home safely. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely dreadful- I have formally complained to Halfords whilst the situation was occurring and the guy on the phone was so helpful and supportive. I arrived having booked via Halfords at 8.15am for my 8.30am appointment. I parked on the drop curb by the side of the premises outside their lock up, tyres were being stored there. I was waiting for them to open so I could be told where to park or park on the front when the shutters were open to drive up. The manager arrived at 8.25am music blazing speeding down the road and onto the drive way. Got out and went inside obviously not happy. He was swearing and told his employee to obviously move his car which was in his way, the chap did very aggressively and the manager then took his space. He got out and very rudely told me to move from the drop down curb, I told him I was actually waiting for him to open and come on the drive. I called him out over his rudeness as it was unnecessary. He walked away from me not before telling me to park in the car park - the car park is out by all the other shops so why couldn't I park on the front? He didn't want to know. I should point out at this point I am a woman! Looking at over reviews it has become clear that the manager does not like woman! He is arrogant, rude and as another review states misogynistic. If you are a woman DO NOT GO HERE! I waited outside to me instructed for ten minutes nothing, he was on the phone stomping around the place. There was another chap waiting for his car to be sorted, I asked him if he had been addressed and what was going on he agreed he was extremely rude and in a bad mood and hadn't been spoken to. I went in and asked what was going on he informed me he was sorting this chap out first. He accused me of being rude, no I called him out over his appalling customer service why should I be treated in the way he spoke to me?! I was on the phone to Halfords for 15/20 minutes waiting for the guy to see me explaining the situation, the person as I said on the phone was so lovely and helpful and I cannot speak more highly of him - Glen. I explained what had happened and said I wasn't prepared to go back in there with the manager and wanted to cancel the booking and get a refund. This was all sorted. Absolutely dreadful experience with them. I came away with no new tyre been fitted and in shock with the whole experience. The staff at other Halfords garages are so lovely but this guy is something else.

Great help for a last minute winter tyre fitting. The team kept me updated on delivery and managed to fit the tyres around my work schedule.
