placed an order for a white table and received a black table with different finish top after few weeks, called the company several times and offered to reduce 200 on black table and keep it but I refused the offer as I wanted white for my dining room. they delivered white table after almost 12 more weeks and had not curtesy to offer any sort of good will gesture. tried speaking to the Manager but some other chap dealt with my query and started to speak rude and then claimed that he cant hear me as the line is very bad. finally hung up on me and didn't call me back.

Absolutely great customer service, brought some furniture from here today. Ricardo the sales consultant and the manager Sai were extremely helpful. They were not pushy, just polite and helpful.
