Sherry the lady at the counter who dealt with my query was very helpful and couteous, also the manager was lovely.
All staff had a positive attitude, keep it up :)

I arrived at 2.15 and there was another lady there because she had also checked on the website.
There was a hand written note to say that they closed at 2pm
We were both extremely annoyed
