I have booked a number of my family holidays at the TUI Solihull branch and I have always experienced a fantastic customer service. more recently I booked my summer holiday for August 2023 to Majorca / Santa Ponsa in the Solihull branch, and once again I was so pleased with the outstanding service I received. Especially one member of staff that I would like to thank massively , the staff member is Claire as she was so helpful with choosing the hotel and resort that I wanted to book for myself and my family. Claire's knowledge and experience made the experience so much easier to book my holiday. I believe Claire's surname is Burroughs. I would also like to thank all the staff at TUI Solihull branch for there friendly and welcoming approach to there customers. many thanks stephen askin.
