The coaching sessions I had helped me turn my life around. I was lost and unhappy, and the sessions taught me how to embrace life, learn how to start taking more responsibility for my happiness and look at my behaviours that didn't serve me well. The coaching also supported me whilst I started to explore who I was as a person and my place in this world. My coach was really warm in her approach, and I was really comfortable talking during the sessions. I felt really listened to, my coach has a great listening ear! I also felt safe in sharing the more vulnerable side of myself. The coaching work took place online, which I found just as connecting as if we had met face to face, and found that having the sessions in this way allowed more flexibility for me to fit the sessions around family life without the need to travel. Having the coaching sessions has helped me feel happier, more self confident and my relationships with my husband and son have changed beyond anything I could've ever imagined. I feel more empowered and alive. I'd highly recommend Take Time Counselling.

My wife and I have had relationship as well as personal counselling with Kathryn from Take Time Counselling, which has been an incredible benefit to our relationship as well as ourselves personally. I have always felt listened to and cared for in my sessions, which for me is essential when I am opening up about things I have buried all my life. I would highly recommend Kathryn to anyone.

My sessions with Kathryn have been really useful to guide me through a tricky time of final year of university as well as the added strain of the pandemic. I now feel more equipped to deal with my anxiety thanks to Kathryn and our discussions. The only downside was that it wasnt face to face!

I have had dozens of sessions with Take Time Counselling, and I couldn't recommend them enough. I've had other counselling in the past and I just didn't connect with my counsellor, but through Take Time, I have been able to get on with things and feel really supported, and listened to. Thank you!
