My husband and I went to TUI Shirley to book our honeymoon. I called ahead to enquire about pricing and Amie spoke with me on the phone. She was so helpful that my husband and I wanted to come to the store immediately to book. It was a quick and easy process. Amie was welcoming when we got to the store and she had our ideal hotel and destination all ready for us to complete our booking. It was the first time my husband and I have booked a holiday in a travel agents store. And quite honestly, it was such a wonderful experience with Amie and TUI that we would absolutely do it again. It was the personal touches that made it such a wonderful experience. And now we cannot wait to go on our honeymoon! Thank you so much Amie and TUI. Came in to book a holiday for a family of four with young children on a bit of a budget. Store was very clean and welcoming. Emma was incredibly helpful and friendly. She talked us through all our options with impressive knowledge and we left with a smile on our faces. Looking forward to our holiday! 10/10 would recommend.
