        I never met staff so polite and helpful! An absolutely pleasure to go as a customer! They went up and above today to help me with the glasses my son broke

        My recent visit was to buy some glasses, after visiting my optician, I was advised to visit direct specs, I was reassuring surprised at the prices and quality of the frames, and not only that , no pushy or forced sales, to buy anything and felt comfortable dealing with the team, in the store. The deputy manager, Gary very professional, informative and great attitude, along with his collegue. Well done gents and keep up the great work, recommend this store for price , quality and service .. 5
