Hey baby solihull are very great service. staff are very friendly. ultrasound everything is very clear, dedicated, thoughtful and careful. Thanks so much for that. we will be back after 2-3weeks for next scan.

Excellent service at this branch, the management and sonographer were so kind and professional. Sonographer was very thorough and reassuring. 5 star service !!

I had a scan there for the first time. A guy at reception was very welcoming. Sonographer lady was pleasant! Great service!

I had an NIPT test here 4 weeks ago and have had no results and no correspondence from the company. I phoned on numerous occasions and have asked for an update, I was promised an up date each time by the end of the day but not once did anyone return my call and let me know what was happening. I still dont know what has happened to my results or what is going on. I was promised a full refund on Saturday and was told it would take 2-3 working days, I have still not received the refund and it is Friday. I have chased and again no one has come back to me.
