Absolutely pathetic! Ordered online to be delivered in store. We received the email for collection at this store but they said the order is not there to collect. They offer no help and done absolutely nothing! 0/5

Very bad service and rude pharmacist wouldn't even let me have the special offer on hayfever tablets which is false advertising. Take my advice go to Boots instead

Very rude and unhelpful pharmacist. She took it upon herself to cancel one of my repeat prescriptions which had been issued and approved by my GP. The fact that I had ordered my meds early to last over the Christmas period seemed lost on her. I have now transferred my NHS repeat prescription service to Boots and will be making a formal complaint. I have never before encountered such an obstructive pharmacist - her job is to issue medication not to override the judgement of a senior GP, whose patient I have been for over 30 years. She made a decision, knowing nothing about my medical history. To be avoided!!
