        I have used this place for years and show my NHS ID for the discount. However this one time I don't have my ID on me. However I have a blue light card and a payslip. And the woman who serves me has seen my ID for years. When I explain my situation, rather than say I am sorry but I can't. She was abrupt in the extreme, to the point I no longer feel that I want to use this shop anymore. I have some points so I will try to use them online and will steer clear of this company.

        The store is really good, Carol is very nice and happy to see you. The website is not always the same as the store, if you want to check the price of things before going to the store. Some things aren't on the website, but they do have them in-store.

        Apart from the almonds all the other products are good quality at a reasonable price. However the almonds do not look or taste like almonds I have brought from other shops, which is disappointing :-( I brought the 1KG Supreme Californian Almonds which were 2 for 16 and had to return one of them, the almonds do not look like the ones shown on the website.
