        Staff were helpful and nice, and not pushy. The only issue I encountered was that their sleep match technology is not useful, it always gives a Tempur mattress as a match to everyone! Better off just trying different beds out!

        Went in to look at mattresses and ended up purchasing one, bought off the shop floor, tried it and when it turned up it did have marks on it, but we thought we would ignore that. Slept on for one night after being told it wasn't a firm mattress, my god it's rock hard. Also we have a standard king size base and this mattress from dreams did not fit our base so think they sent the wrong mattress, but because it was off the shop floor not entitled to a refund. The mattress was most definitely not a king size as we have purchased a new one somewhere else that does fit our base. Hoping someone at head office reads this review and has the decency to get in touch and speak to us.
