Krav Maga Midlands Solihull Self Defence Classes

I have been doing Krav Maga for over a year now and I enjoy every session. The variety is great and I have learnt so much. Would reccomend it to anyone who wants to improve their confidence, start a hobby and be more aware of their surroundings

I absolutely love this class! I'm learning so much about self-defence and building so much confidence. I'm a petite woman, but no one has ever treated me with kid-gloves, I'm able to train with anyone in the class and really get stuck in. The instruction given really makes you understand why you're performing certain moves. A physical workout and a brain workout in one! I would highly recommend!

Started 6 months ago with my wife and we love it. Our cardio and fighting skills have improved ten fold (no prior experience). You can train with your friends or mix it up with others - they're a really friendly bunch and you feel part of the group straight away! The instructors are fantastic. They walk round the groups (usually 2s and 3s) watching you practice the drill they've set (strikes, choke holds etc..) and give you great feedback. No two sessions are the same - You learn something different every week and there's a closed FB page for members with videos to practice the moves you've learnt when you're at home and details of upcoming events. If you're thinking of joining don't take my word for it, come and do an induction evening and see for yourself. It's more than a krav maga class - it's a krav maga community, and everyone is welcome! KIDA!!

KMG is the single most effective and relevant combat sport i have ever participated in. Great instructors and a welcoming environment to train.
