I called to enquire about buying private hearing aids. I finally get a call back from Charles who clearly didnt want my custom. Rather than answering my questions on different models and prices, he was more interested in telling me how he wouldnt price match (I didnt ask him to!) and how expensive they are (which I know and price isnt a issue!). When I asked what service was included in the price, he just said everything. He clearly didnt want to talk and if this is the customer service received when enquiring to become a customer then I dread to think what the rest of the service is like. Unhelpful and rude!

Super quick and efficient ear cleaning. Sure, the bedside manner was lacking, but I'm paying for a service, not a friend.

Booked an appointment for my fiancee with the most friendly receptionist..went to the appointment my fiancee very nervous was immediately put at ease by Mr Charles Syner who explained everything perfectly, thoroughly recommend this service to anyone. Will definitely use again.

Got the job done and sorted my ear out but probably the worst customer experience and bedside manner I've encountered in quite a long time. From booking the appointment on the phone and being met with one word answers to being treated on the day with no friendly welcome, little information about what was about to happen, no warning about likelihood of pain and when I was visibly and audibly experiencing pain, didn't get asked if I was ok. Wouldn't go back and honestly following the phone call to book it I would naturally not have bothered except that it was an emergency.
