Received an email which states: "Our vans are in the area over the next couple of weeks collecting redundant office equipment." Phoned to make an enquiry about a collection. This statement turns out not to be true - just pointless marketing spam. Avoid.

Dean and his organisation, Orquid Computers, have helped us with some high quality equipment which have worked flawlessly and on one occasion that there was an issue it was dealt with IMMEDIATELY, at no cost to us. Now THAT is excellent customer service and delivering what they say on their website! Cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you very much Dean and Orchid Computers for your excellent products, customer service and overall great attitude to us and developing great business relationships.
