Seriously disappointed, I had ordered products worth 842 pounds on April 8th and I've been waiting for more than 9 working days (2 weeks) and there was no update. Untill, I called today just to learn that the products that I was sold to, instore was discontinued and that they have not yet shipped any of the other available products to my address yet. No one even called to inform me about it. Deeply disapoointed as I did not expect such a service.

Wall lights nearly half the price of other companies. Glass shade on wall light cracked on arrival but replaced within the week. Fabulous service and like other reviews would definitely recommend and will use again in future. Heather.

I purchased a very large chandelier before Christmas. Despite being really well packed, one of the glass decorative flowers was broken. I telephoned & spoke to Rachael who asked me to take a photo of the damaged flower. Within 3 days I had a replacement glass flower. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. Since installing the chandelier I've communicated with Rachael & I am over the moon with her kind approach & outstanding customer service. I will certainly recommend Solihull Lighting to friends & family & will continue to be a customer of theirs.
