O2 Shop Solihull

Visited o2 Touchwood. The 2 female staff totally ignored me whilst chatting and messing with wires by display. After a few minutes one had the courtesy to acknowledge I was stood there but the attitude of both was apathetic and unhelpful. Im sorry to say that the one female looked like she had just got out of bed and forgot to comb her hair. O2 this is a poor representation of your brand. Customer service should be a priority.

One of the staff have ignored me after i find the original sim card on the smartphones when my Nokia G11 smartphones repair also the chubby young girl you sell Nokia headphones but she don't know the headphones also i nearly loss my sim card inside the smart phone she have no experience also two of the 02 staff are too rude

Rubbish service, hard to cancel or get things done. Waiting times on the phone to 02 in excess of 40 minutes was hung up on twice, list goes on. Just avoid save yourself the agro
