Paul came to see us to provide a quote. I thought we had a good discussion and he appeared to understand the brief. I was promised a quote in around 7 days. I heard nothing after 7 days so I have unsuccessfully called his mobile and the land line but, some 3 weeks on, I have not even had the courtesy of a call or message to say he was not interested or needed more time to quote. If this is the quality of the pre-sales, I dread to think what the quality of the work would be and how difficult it wold be to communicate with Paul

Having not being able to get an answer over the phone or email for over 2 weeks I was worried the company was having some problems or closed down! I was originally in touch with your firm in May this year and made it very clear that I desperately needed some help and I needed it quickly as my business was really suffering. From the point I contacted Heatflo, your people knew how desperate I had become to get the issues fixed here and I trusted the word I was given by Paul that you were the people that could finally help me. So far I have paid you over 200 in quote fees for you to do nothing for me. Having not heard anything from anyone at Heatflo, I have had no choice but to find an alternative company to carry out the work. I really wanted to use a local firm (I feel its important to support the smaller local businesses) so I was apprehensive to approach the firm Im now going with thinking that I would probably have to pay even more than the quote Id had from yourselves. However they have quoted 900 less than yourselves to do the same job and more (and they didnt charge me for the quote..)
