        I had a great experience with the team at this store and especially Dua. Thanks for looking after me. Id just arrived from Australia and needed a new number and sim. The guy at the front showed me the plans and Dua helped me set the phone up, accompanied with a chat and a smile. Id definitely recommend this EE store to help you out.

        Bought a phone trying to take it back a nightmare now got to see manager if they will take it back even n though it was mis sold. Staff cold at least the 2 I've dealt with so far

        Very rude staff, Could hear some of them making derogatory comments about other customers in store. Avoid this place as the staff seem to have a culture of being rude, uncaring and obnoxious towards customers.
