        I visited the solihull touchwood on friday, the service that was provided was incredible. I have never wanted to provide feedback so much! The manager Jodie was ever so helpful and I left the shop purchasing an additional bag that I love. Unfortunately I was facing a few issues with a return and finding the right bag. Jodie made it so easy for me to find my bag and went out of her way. The process was so easy. She is very friendly and I felt that she instantly understood the value of a customer. Thank you jodie! Your an awesome manager.
