        Seem to think that theyre somehow doing you a big favor rather than you being the customer. Very similar experience to dealing with a doctors receptionist but with you parting with hard earned cash.

        Absolutely awful place,high end prices with very low quality schoolwear, and possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered, staff are rude and unpleasant at best. I for one will be glad to see the back of them when they re locate, there are far better school wear suppliers locally that will quite rightly benefit from Monkhouse moving.

        Poor quality of clothing considering how youre charging, garments claiming to be made in UK, not sure about this. If you can get a like for like from Primark or one of the supermarkets purchase from there.
