        The man is an absolute wizard He made a home visit to me as Ive been struggling with wax for several days. Cant believe the size of the debris he pulled from my ears , in shock to be fair but even more shocked at how loud the world is . My husband reluctantly agreed to let him look at his ears as he said he can hear just fine ..he has now had to turn the volume down on the TV (thank god). Everyone should take advantage of this ear MOT.

        Received a message from my Father saying he needed his ears syringing now as he could not hear. Rang got a home visit appointment next day. Very efficient, and professional, especially as I organised this from Portugal where I live.
