Terrible Appointment system...Took 20 minutes to go from number 7 to number 1, however no one picked up after reaching to the top of the queue. Have raised the issues with surgery many times, but no rectification

I always manage to get an appointment when I need one but am often very aware that sometimes, the local pharmacy is the place to go without hogging an already stretched appointment system. Ill never give anything less than 5* to this surgery., Ive always received excellent advice from staff, nurses and drs both for me, my mother and father who passed away last year. Everyone does the very best they can and everyone should realise this.
