(i) The roofer damaged a section of the roof gutter when the scaffolding was taken down. (ii) Despite many requests, (over a VERY long period of time), for the damaged gutter to be replaced and repaired, the roofer failed to do this. (iii) The roofer acknowledged that the gutter was damaged. (iv) The owner eventually gave up, fed up waiting for the roofer to do this repair. The owner got another company to replace and repair the gutter. The owner sent the bill to the roofer; even after another long wait, the roofer still hasnt reimbursed the owner. (v) The owner did eventually receive a payment [from the roofer].

Keep phoning them to get my job finished (not much left) they have now stopped answering the phone all together. Waste of time.

My husband and i have had our roof,guttering,facias and sofits revamped by the Lads. The estimate was very reasonable the work was carried out to the highest standard and mindful of the safety of the workers. The family team were courteous,hard working and facideous about the all round appearance of the task. We added more work than our estimate which was negotiated and stretched the work to five days. We are delighted with the overall effect as it looks like a new build. Thanks "Duracell Boys" ( a compliment to their hardworking ethic)
