        I wanted to drop off a parcel on a Sunday evening. Came at 7.30pm and it was closed. Went again Monday morning at 6.45. Again shop closed. Still closed at 7.15 and no opening hours online. Absolutely rubbish, especially when Hermes have advised that the ship should be open

        Rude, refused to do service I had paid for(collect+) then spoke over me and would not listen to what I was trying to say went to co op instead and did it instantly

        According to Hermes courier services this store supposed to be open until 22:00 on Sundays. It was closed. So Hermes and this store wasted my time, my energy, because they cannot update the info on Hermes's site. It is impossible to send an email to Hermes, and to inform them. What a dumb bunch.
