Krav Maga Mayhem

Krav Maga Mayhem is simply the best self defence system I have ever learnt. Its practical, simple to learn and Al Natrins teaching style is easy to follow and based on repetition. It's great for core strength, striking skills and threat avoidance and all done in a class with great students

Not having any previous Experience of Krav Maga or any other fighting system I was made to feel welcome and was well looked after by the Instructor and senior students. The training suits people of all ages and abilities and although you are encouraged to work hard you are allowed the time learn new techniques under the expert guidance of Al and the rest of the Team. I highly recommend Krav Maga Mayhem.

I cant recommend Krav Maga Mayhem enough. I apprehensively started classes about 4 months ago and really glad I did. Al is a great instructor, making sessions fun, a good workout, whilst learning potentially lifesaving skills. The group are welcoming, a good mix of ages, men and women. No big egos, a friendly and helpful bunch.

Brilliant club. Ego free with welcoming people who train hard and help each other. Al is a great instructor who strikes a really good balance of technique, fitness, aggression training, legal information and even the odd spot of philosophy. I heartily recommend training with Mayhem.

I can not recommend Krav Maga Mayhem enough, the club is inclusive and professionally run. I have always liked to keep fit but have a very low boredom threshold, Krav keeps me engaged on a number of levels. It is both physically challenging (although Al our instructor scales this to your level) and mentally engaging. As you would expect the focus is on self defence and covers everything from situational awareness, avoidance, de escalation and ultimately how to deal physically deal with situations. This is all taught in a mixture of theory, practice and then putting the techniques use. The students are great bunch from a whole bunch of ages and backgrounds and all bring their own perspective to the club. If you're even halfway tempted give it a go.
