Worst letting agency I've ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to email, they don't address queries raised by tenants, they are totally unprofessional and useless.

I am truly disappointed with this centric. I stood as a guarantor. We paid the deposit. All week I was calling to check if all was OK no straight answer. Got a mail that all is good. I am able to stand the affordability check as I earn 5 times the monthly rent . Called today to find out if we are getting the place . They said I have a ccj I can't stand as guarantor.... we should pay 12600 12 months rent and we are not getting our deposit of 300 back . This has to be the biggest scam of all . 300 pound in 1 week . Please refund our money all we wanna do is rent not loose some of out rent money. Totally disappointed. Holie was nice through out the whole situation but today she went left . Say am shouting but this is how we have been talking all week. Just refund Priscillas money . People don't pay no deposit. You won't get your money back. It's a scam.
