Tried for 2 days to get someone to answer. I finally got through to someone and asked for an appointment to view a property. They took all my details, then told me they were fully booked that week so I couldnt view it, and if anything came up they would let me know! Why not offer me an appointment for the week after? Are they only allowing viewings for one week? Wont be selling my property with them!

When me and my wife started searching for a property, the main estate agents we dealt with were Burchell Edwards, in relation to looking for properties, whilst also using there in house broker called Danielle. Whilst miles there estate agent was good at getting in contact regarding potential properties, The rest was down hill with the company. The mortgage broker Danielle led me and my wife on for months, making us send her all our documents and telling us how good our approval rate is for getting a mortgage to the fact that she even said we could ask for borrowing than me and my wife initially needed. This obviously made us very happy and made everything look positive. We later found a property and told Danielle and she again started telling us how good everything is looking and advising us she had multiple lenders ready for us to apply to with very high approval. Danielle then stated all we needed to do was go to the office and show some identity and sign some documents and then she could move forward. The day come where me and my wife were ready to go to the office. I called to confirm the time we was meant to come to then be told by Danielle that she will no longer go ahead with our application and would not provide any excuse at all. She didnt even have the decency to call us and let us know not to come or that she will no longer go ahead with our application. We asked to speak to the managers to which they also made excuses for her decision and said she didnt have to tell us why she wont move ahead with our application, even though she had led us on for 3-4 months with such confidence. I would highly advise anyone to stay clear of Danielle and her broker services and all there Burchell Edwards branches as they are complete shambles and will waste your time and create you nothing but stress. This is very surprising coming from a fairly big franchise. We then found a property in hall green and went with a recommended broker who got us a extremely a good rate. Within 3 months of finding the property we got the keys, we have now owned that property since the 1st of November. If youre looking for extra stress on top of looking for a house and going through a mortgage then I would highly recommend Danielles services as she is the cherry on top.

I was supposed to have viewing at a house that we found online and then was told by my estate agent where we are that the property had been sold without us even getting the chance to even view it and we were not told or contacted about this and it was sold behind our backs and then the mortgage bloke calls me the day before a meeting was scheduled with him asking if we still wanted advice and to still meet with him,what a joke and so offended and annoyed and feel betrayed by this company and when speaking to them on the phone about this I was told nothing we can do about this and when I told them I'm glad we didn't use you I was put the phone down on and I was told by the mortgage bloke I will get my manager to call you and my Mrs picked up the phone as I was busy and she did not sort this out the way I expected her to and she let them get away with this of how bad the behaviour of this company is and I hope people will now not use this company anymore and blacklist them till they learn to behave in a better manner and treat people better and give people a chance that's why properties are online and when people make appointments with them to follow through with it and will not be using them ever again absolutely appalling and disgusting !!!!
