        Three of the staff members here try their best. The pharmacist appears to be professional and polite, but the rest of them would benefit from further customer service training. l regret that I have never had a decent experience here and only go there under duress because my elderly parent insists that we go there. The pharmacy itself is set inside a sort of booth at the side of the store, which is why I call it The Alcove of Misery.

        Just had my booster, total needle phobic, but Arif was so gentle I hardly felt it. No massive queues and was seen before my appointment time - thanks Arif you are a star
