        Having purchased some earings and finding they were not fit for purpose (the design would not allow me to insert them) I took them back to the shop. The assistant said she would only exchange? After explaining my consumer rights that they were not fit for purpose she then said she would on this occasion refund although she shouldnt and it was my ears that were at fault!! If she had not been so rude about refunding I would have shopped again (the earings were not cheap at 135). Having walked away I appreciated the refund but not the tone I was spoken in. One lost customer.
