        I had an eye test on October 28th. I was told not to drive until I had my new glasses. Yesterday the 9th November I caught the bus at 7 15am to go to my appointment and collect my glasses. Around 9am as the bus drew close to the centre of Solihull I received a phone call telling me that my glasses had not arrived. After 2 hours of travelling on two buses I went to the shop on Mill Lane. I told them that I was not a happy bunny. I then waited for the 10 oclock post in the shop to see if my glasses arrived. By 10 no post had arrived. I came away with a promise that they would call me when my glasses arrived. Please explain to me why they didnt call me the day before to explain what was happening. I put this down to poor management. A simple call would have saved me a two hour bus journey and precious time.

        Shouldve gone to specsavers Didnt actually refer when they said they would. Waited a week and when I called the hospital they couldnt see the referral so I have tried to call boots three times today and no one answers

        Appalling that trying to get thru to pharmacy as a matter of urgency nobody answers the phone ! even tried other dept and exactly the same. Had the same issue when trying Boots coventry

        Have used this store for years ? this time is the last time, poor service ? wrong advice given by staff ? and very expensive ? charged for eye test ? even when spending 375 on ONE new pair of glasses ? not even second pair half price offer ? never again.
