Good collection of jewellery but very very poor customer service. We waited for our turn for 45 mins and they told us twice that they would cater to us asap but then took in others before us. The woman apologised for her mistake but took no remedial steps for her error of serving others before us. We were still asked to wait longer. So obv we left. I have never had such poor customer care in my life in any store. Very upset and never returning to this store in solihull again and wouldn't advise others too.

I have never had such poor customer care in my life in any store. Very upset and never returning to this store in solihull again and wouldn't advise others too.
