        As a developer with 30+ years in the business this company was the worst and most chaotic experience EVER !! I currently have of incorrect/incomplete items that arrived 3 months later than quoted that Pocelanosa want 50% handling charge to refund despite being at fault. The plumbing is Euro sizes parts not available in uk DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

        Beautiful showroom and has parking. However personally I feel its very expensive for what it is. I understand its meant to be top end but they could be more competitive on pricing.

        Really nice relaxed showroom with very good quality tiles and sanitary ware.

        Excellent customer service, a reasonably broad selection, and some lovely showpieces for inspiration. We found what we needed for our bathroom and some helpful advice thrown in for good measure. Would recommend. Note: plenty of parking but do be careful on the approach and exit as the road is quite busy at times.
