Willow Grange Care Home

Rat infested home is one of many things this home isn't fit for any human being to live in. By any means possible, don't place your loved ones into this home. It's the worst place you could ever place someone you love and care about.

My aunt has been a resident here for a couple of years now. Despite having a degenerative condition she has gained weight (which is impressive), is very well cared for and is happy. The staff are brilliant and work very hard looking after the residents. They are cheerful and my aunt chose to live here after viewing several other places.

Terrible place to work, residents are assaulted by the Romanian staff and the manager ignores your concerns. Plus there is a lot of theft of residents property. AVOID PUTTING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. St Bernards care home is the better choice.

It use to be a high standard care home when I started there but I left due to the care as gone down hill and why all the staff are all putting positive reviews should not be allowed I would not have any of my family looked after there that's for certain poor management !!!
