        Nice lady on the Clarins counter, gave us some samples. Good experience but the store is a bit dismal these days.

        This once excellent department store has suffered in recent years. When we visited on Wednesday, it was like Marie Celeste . The cafe was closed some time ago. This meant that the store was not obliged to have toilets. Given the age profile of the customers who do visit closing the toilets seems rather mean. The location on the periphery of the main shops may also deter customers. There are still many attractive items on sale. I do hope that the store can survive
