Rosi and Penny are simply amazing and they are extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. As i have played cricket professionally for more than a decade I know the importance of good body maintenance and care. During my 5 month stint playing for the Olton and West Warwickshire Cricket club, both of these ladies kept me in tip top shape. They looked after any niggles i had and gave me loads of advice on how to effectively manage myself while playing at a high intensity. Would recommend them to anyone!

I put my back out lifting a wheelchair ramp and was in pain for 3 months. I tried deep tissue massage, physio and acupuncture. Nothing worked until I went to see Rosi. One visit and the pain was gone. I went with little hope as I didn't think after trying so many things that anything would help but could not be more delighted. I still have some stiffness but am so happy I now have Rosi helping me with my wrist problems.
