        went earlier today with my friend, weve been before a few months ago and staff were so lovely, today the customer service was just not it. a blonde foreign-speaking lady made both myself and my friend feel very uncomfortable as she threw backhanded, aggressive rude comments towards us while giving us dirty looks while rolling her eyes when my friend had an inquiry. big up to usual staff who are excellent with customer service, but me and my friend who are both just 17 year olds shouldnt have faced such awful customer service - it wouldnt kill you to have good customer service especially if youd actually like to keep your job and give the store a good reputation!!
