Cake Classes

This was a late birthday present for my mum, I was struggling to find anywhere that did face to face workshops, after covid as most did online. I didn't want online and 'cake classes' was one that already had great reviews and a good selection of classes to choose from. We choose the cupcake decorating class, so pleased we did because we had so much fun making the cakes. Claire was so knowledgeable and patient. She really helped us grasp icing the cakes and decorating them with flowers and leaves made of modelling paste. Claire gave us really honest and useful advice when it came to choosing products and icing tools. Claire has a lot of experience and skill so it was great to see how she works on a cake. She invited questions and supplied a crib sheet for us to take home. A very friendly and approachable lady who really made us feel comfortable. Claire was very covid aware and many covid precautions have been put in place by Claire. Plenty of parking and really relaxed atmosphere.

I've just finished a cupcake decorating class today and I had so much fun! Claire explained everything clearly and I've made four tasty and pretty cupcakes. This is a great gift experience for those who want something quirky!
