Alexandra House

In February 2019 my sister Maisie was in hospital and then transferred to Alexandra House Residential home, she had Dementia. The unconditional love and care she had was above and beyond, she was safe and happy she made lots of friends and as a family we were so happy my sister was happy there. On the 6th of June 2022 my sister was taken to hospital because she was unwell where she deteriorated & the doctors told us she was end of life. We told Sue at Alexandra House & she immediately said Maisie could spend what time she had left with them. We were so overwhelmed by this we said yes. My sister was surrounded by her two families us and Alexandra House, she sadly passed away on 5th of July 2022. Alexandra House was the best place for my sister and we are so happy we made the right decision for Maisie to live & be cared for there. Sue, Georgina & the rest of team are amazing.

Not impressed Many UTIs followed by fall culminating in eviction for impaired mobility Staff good management not good Feel of an institution not very homely
