Ms Abeda is a fantastic counsellor with such professionalism and kindness. Never judgemental, never bored, but always ready to listen and help you. Everyone should meet at least once a counsellor like Abeda, she's so comforting and helpful. I totally recommend her to everyone!

I found the wonderfully talented Abeda through my friend Myra. She suggested I see Abeda when I was feeling low about a situation in my life. Abeda helped me to see the wonders in my life and what I have to be grateful for. She made me realise how blessed my life is and how the struggles I've faced have shaped me to the path I'm on now. I am incredibly greateful for her work with me. She is extremely supportive and kind. I see her more as a kindhearted friend then a professional councillor. Her warmth is so comforting. Before I started my sessions at Amanah counselling, I really couldnt see how I could resolve what was going on in my life. I felt like I was stuck in a vicious cycle but Amanah counselling helped me overcome this by talking about my issues. The setting was relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others!

Fantastic lady who goes out of her way to make you feel at ease, She is not like the counsellors you hesitate to see, Abeda exudes warmth and compassion. She has helped change my life, she builds up confidence and goes on a journey with you so you can reach your goals! I'm very blessed to have met her! I have recommended her to friends and various charities I work with.
