Never used a fuel card before did not know what to do with it, I handed it to the cashier who shouted at me "BROTHER WHY YOU HANDING ME CARD" disrespectful and rude

3rd shell garage in the area and all of them with a broken toilets. So ridiculous, seems like they just dont want people use them in order to avoid cleaning. Always used shell over BP, but seems like they are no better.

Mostly not crowded. Friendly staff. Sometimes you can't find diesel and car wash doesn't work all the time

Tried speaking to the manager and the owner and Mr Ray Taylor apparently who is only available on Tuesdays. This has happened multiple times and they aren't even trying to replace or fix the problem and offer now solution. You pay on their card terminal, the terminal display says "approved" then they show you a receipt saying transaction cancelled, then they bully you to pay again, then you check both statements and.they've gone through. Definitely not normal and no remediation offered to customers, just chargeback. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS. When I called the staff know all ab9ut it and give no apology just say you need to wait or contact your card company IF the charges don't reverse themselves. Not professional, total headache and not one "sorry" it's just normal apparently?

May be the price is slightly up or sometime down but the quality of the fuel and the service is incredible top notch.
