Staff ok management awfull My mom had three hospital stays due to infections and falls the last one i found out from the hospital she was bruised all down one side so must have fallen no mention of this from them they actually evicted her while in hospital for loss of mobility during the second lockdown which caused us unbelievable stress then we had to collect her belongings in black bags from the pavement outside and they also charged her full price for holding her belongs while she was in hospital saying we didnt pick them up this all during a lock down and trying to arrange a new place for her The phones never worked the hospital phoned us many times to see if we could contact the home for them Apart from all that its a pretty depressing place

This home is looking after my Mom in the way she deserves - excellent. Good helpful friendly staff - always a smile and nothing seems to be any trouble. Keep up the good work.
